Pineapples are a tropical fruit that grows year-round. With prickly skin and spiky hair, you would think this sweet and tangy fruit had no intention to be eaten! The benefits of pineapples are as odd as their appearance. With vitamins such as manganese, vitamins B & C, and thiamine, this fruit is antioxidant-packed! As much as we love to eat them, eating too much can cause stomach acidity, rashes, and heartburn. Sounds pretty sweet and sour to me. For more information, click here.
